Booking & Payment

Appointments should be booked in advance. Payments must be completed at the time of service unless stated otherwise. Prices and services are subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations should be made in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to charges. Payments once made are non-refundable unless approved under special circumstances.

Service Limitations

All treatments are provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only. The spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unsuitable for treatments.

User Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully. Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior may result in denial of service without refund.

Client information is kept confidential and handled as per our Privacy Policy.

Liability

Maitri Wellness Spa is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during your visit. Guests are advised to inform staff of any health conditions before treatments.
